Operations Engineering

Faster processes, measured before and after.

Quotes, engineering office, documentation, quality, planning and smart factory. We analyse the real work, find where AI has a measurable return and build the software on top of your systems.

What we sell

The result on the P&L, not the technology.

We do not sell licences or generic chatbots. We sell hours recovered, errors avoided and shorter response times, with a measured before and after.

On every process we touch, the goal is to reduce its operating cost measurably. If the diagnosis says it is not possible, we do not start.

An example

A technical quote, before and after.

Example: a technical quote at a machinery builder. The engineering office stays at the centre: the system finds similar past jobs and prepares the draft, people check and decide. It is an illustrative scenario: real numbers are measured on your processes.

Where we work

Six areas where AI already makes sense in manufacturing.

Quotes and estimates

Similar past jobs found, configurations and draft quotes ready to validate.

Engineering office

Search across drawings, manuals, BOMs and specs, always citing the source.

Quality

Computer vision on defects, deviations, quality documents.

Smart factory

OEE, stoppages, scrap and energy per batch from the data PLCs, controllers and MES already produce. Read-only, no new sensors.

Back office

Orders from emails and PDFs, delivery notes, checks on the ERP.

Service and spare parts

Customer requests sorted and prepared with the history of the installation.

Knowing where not to use AI is worth as much as knowing where to use it.

Where we will tell you not to use it

  • Decisions that need experience and accountability.
  • Processes that happen a few times a year.
  • Problems a well-built spreadsheet already solves.
  • Cases where the data needed would cost too much to collect.
Method

How we work inside your company

The same method for sales and processes. People analyse and decide, AI does the repetitive work, and every step is measured.

  1. 01

    Diagnosis

We come on site: data, processes, people. No solution is chosen before the problem is understood.

  2. 02

    Baseline

We set the starting point with your own numbers: hours, costs, opportunities, response times.

  3. 03

    Design

Scope, cost and expected return. If there is no return, we tell you and stop there.

  4. 04

    Build

We build on top of the CRM, ERP, MES and files you already use. Decisions stay with your people.

  5. 05

    Verification

We measure before and after. We only extend where the numbers justify it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you sell standard software?

No. We start from your process and build only what is needed, on top of the systems you already use. If an off-the-shelf solution is better value, we tell you.

Do we need a modern ERP or MES?

No. We also work with old ERPs, shared folders and Excel. If essential data is missing, the diagnosis says so, with the cost of collecting it.

Do you install sensors on our machines?

No. We read, read-only, the data that PLCs, machine controllers (OPC UA, EUROMAP 77…), MES and meters already produce. If sensors are really needed, we say so in the diagnosis and a partner installs them.

Does AI replace people?

No. It removes repetitive work from experienced people. Every important decision stays with a person, who approves or corrects what the system prepares.

Where does our data stay?

We agree it before starting: your infrastructure or a European cloud, controlled access and a contractual commitment that your data does not train third-party models.
