Machinery and plant builders (OEM)

Builders of custom machines live on a few orders a year. Every trade-show contact, every open quote, every technical enquiry is worth a lot. And the engineering office is often the bottleneck of the whole company.

Revenue Engineering

The commercial value sitting idle.

Where it sits

  • Business cards and lists from recent trade shows
  • Quotes issued and never closed in the last 3–5 years
  • Customers with installed machines: spare parts, retrofits, expansions
  • Website enquiries never turned into a quote

Lost quotes, reopened with technical news

Whoever asked for a quote had a project. If the machine has changed since then (new version, lead times, options), there is a concrete reason to write again.

Installed base: retrofit and service

Every machine installed years ago is an opportunity for upgrades, spare parts or a second line. The CRM rarely knows it.

Trade-show contacts segmented by interest

Not the same newsletter for everyone: whoever asked about the packaging line receives content about the packaging line.

How Revenue Engineering works →

Operations Engineering

Processes worth making faster.

Faster technical quotes

An assistant finds similar past jobs, proposes the starting configuration and prepares a draft quote for the engineers to validate.

Search across technical documentation

Natural-language search over drawings, manuals, bills of materials and specs, always citing the original document.

Service and spare parts

Customer requests sorted, machine and part identified, draft reply prepared with the history of the installation.

Smart factory from machine data

OEE, stoppages and maintenance read from the data your PLCs and controllers already produce, read-only and without new sensors.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with our CRM or do we need a new one?

We start from what you have: HubSpot, Salesforce, the CRM in your ERP or an Excel file. If there is none, we build a database that stays yours.

Do we need a modern MES or ERP?

No. We build on the systems you have, even if they are old or partly on Excel. If some data is missing, we say so in the diagnosis.
